As of 31st January 2021, All 4 will no longer be available on PS3 devices, this is due to recent technical changes which mean that it is no longer possible to maintain an All 4 app on this device. All 4 will continue to be available on PS4.

As of 29th January 2021, All 4 will no longer be available on 2011 and 2012 models of Samsung TVs, this is due to recent technical changes which mean that it is no longer possible to maintain an All 4 app for these devices.
However, All 4 will continue to be available on Samsung 2013 model TVs and above. -

Due to recent technical changes, it is no longer possible to maintain an All 4 app for the service.
All 4 will continue to be available on Xbox One. -
We have identified an issue where some viewers using a Now TV Smart Box (Model 4500SK) are unable to show subtitles, this issue may also affect other Now TV devices. A factory reset of your box will resolve this issue.
We are working hard on getting this fixed and hope to have a resolution soon.

The Microsoft Edge browser returns a DRM error when you try to watch protected content and are using certain monitors or cables, such as VGA. This is because the media extension within Edge views the connection as unsafe, meaning protected content could be decrypted. There are two ways to continue watching content on All4 while using one of these connections:
- Change to another one of our supported HTML5 browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Or you can use a different connection, such as HDMI, to view content on another monitor.

If it’s not one of these, there are a number of reasons you could be seeing a playback error. Please try refreshing the page as this may resolve the problem, if not please use the contact us form HERE and let us know what programme (title along with episode number) you were trying to watch and we’ll look into this for you. -
If you use Chrome and are prompted to allow www.channel4.com to access your computer, please click ‘allow’.

If, after clicking ‘allow’ in Chrome, you still get DRM error 3307, you should restart Chrome or try another browser. There is a known issue which will be resolved shortly.

Due to security restrictions, watching All 4 using Chrome’s ‘Incognito’ mode will cause issues. Please try All 4 in a standard Chrome window.

Recent fixes have been made relating to this error. Please note:
If you use the Maxthon browser you will continue to receive DRM error 3343 as, due to its cloud-based architecture the Maxthon browser is not currently supported.
If you are using Safari on Windows and consistently receive DRM error 3343, please use an alternative browser. Windows Safari is no longer officially supported.
