Yes, you can rejoin All 4+ any time through the All 4+ page. Please be aware the 14 day free trial is only available once.

There are no cancellation fees and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel you can still access All 4+ until the end of your current billing period. If you are charged after this, please visit our Contact Us page or call 0345 073 0017.

Sometimes it can take a little longer than expected to verify you and set up your details. You will receive a confirmation email once you can start using All 4+.

If you haven’t received your verification email after 5 minutes check your junk/spam folders, as occasionally our emails end up in there. If the email is not in your junk/spam folder you can resend the verification email using the button on the ‘Check your email’ page. If you still are unable to find the verification email please go to our Contact Us page.

We need you to verify your email to ensure you own the email address you are signing up with and to process your payment.

A common reason for content not playing on channel4.com is Ad Blockers. Ad Blockers stop our content from playing due to the way our video players are built. Please disable your Ad Blocker to watch our shows.

All 4+ is only available to watch within the UK, you will not be able to watch All 4+ from the EU even if you register in the UK before you travel.

All 4+ will only exclude adverts shown within the on demand video player (with the exception of our Watch Live service) and does not extend to display adverts on the website.

Due to licensing and rights restrictions some programmes feature commercial messages and/or sponsorship messages and/or occasional promotional trails for other programmes.
You will still see adverts on our live streams as they are a reflection of our live TV broadcasts. -
All 4+ is currently available on all platforms and devices including www.channel4.com on desktops and laptops, as well as Amazon Fire, TVOS (Apple TV) and Youview.

We ask for your payment details upfront to verify you are a UK card holder and ensure there is no interruption of service after your free trial ends. You will not be charged during your free trial. Simply cancel All 4+ before your free trial is due to end and you will not be charged.

You will automatically be charged £3.99 the day after your free trial ends, unless you cancel during your free trial. You will then continue to be charged £3.99 on the same day each month unless you cancel.

The All 4+ functionality allows you to watch the majority of All 4 Content without ads and/or other commercial messages. Please be aware that for licensing reasons some All 4 Content will not be subject to the enhanced All 4+ functionality, and may still contain ads, other commercial messages and or promotional trails for other programmes.

*Some programmes feature commercial messages and/or promotional trails for other programmes. Watch Live is excluded.

Accessing All 4+
All 4+ is available across all devices and the same minimum requirements as accessing All 4 apply. To sign up log into your account and select account settings.
Accessing All 4 online at www.All4.com:
In order to watch All 4 you will need:
- A laptop or desktop with Microsoft Windows or OSX (Mac) operating system
- A broadband internet connection
One of our recommended browsers:
- Google Chrome (latest version)
- Firefox (latest version)
- Microsoft Edge (latest version)
- Safari (latest version)
You can access the mobile website and browse our catalogue of content on:
- Mobile and tablet devices with an internet connection
Please note: Internet Explorer 11 is no longer being supported. To continue watching All 4 we would strongly suggest that you update to one of the browsers above.
All 4 iPhone and iPad apps:
- A broadband internet connection connected to your device
- HDMI compatible TV
- A relevant account or subscription to access device features/content

All 4 is available on the following devices:
PS4, Windows 10, XBoxOne, YouView, Roku, Samsung, Amazon Fire, FreeviewPlay, Now TV, Sky, Virgin Media.
In order to view on any device you will need:
- iOS 10.3+
- The All 4 app on Android app is only available with an internet connection unless you have downloaded our programmes to watch offline; you can browse and watch video using 3G/4G or Wi-Fi connectivity.
- You need Android OS 5.0 and above. For security reasons, rooted devices are not supported.
